Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

🚚 Free Local Delivery: We offer FREE delivery for customers located within a 5 KM radius of our Patel Organic Store outlet.

📍 Outside the 5 KM free delivery zone, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

• Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): 3–5 business days.
• Express Delivery (Within Pakistan): 1–2 business days (additional charges apply).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.

Damages & Issues

Patel Organic Store takes great care in packaging every order. However, we are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company and our support team immediately to file a claim.

Please keep all original packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is completed.
