If, however, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly help you with a replacement or refund according to the terms below.


📦 Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product you received is damaged, leaked, or defective.

  • The product is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll be asked to share your order number and clear pictures of the product and packaging for verification.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • “Change of mind” after delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items.


🔁 Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  • You can choose between a replacement product or a refund (via same payment method).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, Patel Organic Store will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return cases (if approved), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
